Home / Get Help
The first step for most people in improving their state of mind is simply talking about the things that are causing stress. The more we let worries roll around in our brains without putting them to words, the bigger the worries can become. If you have a family member, friend, colleague or even your primary care doctor who you can share these negative thoughts with, this will be your fastest way to get immediate help.
If you are not comfortable or would like to talk to someone outside of your circle, counseling is a great tool to help shape up your mind. It can be hard to find a counselor in rural places. You might consider contacting one of the below resources or help in identifying an available counselor in your area.
